Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at MH Al Muftah Est. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining business relationships with current and prospective customers in the assigned market segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly sales targets and brand objectives.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate new products and service opportunities to existing and potential customers.
  • Problem-Solving: Respond to client inquiries, identify and resolve concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in outdoor sales or a related field.
  • Market Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the Qatari market and customer preferences is highly desirable.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Passionate, driven, and competitive spirit; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to meet or exceed sales targets; proficiency in Microsoft Excel and sales software.
