Our Expectations

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager in Qatar who has a strong background in account management or business development of B2B travel companies. You should have excellent knowledge of the country's travel market and be able to promote our new international project effectively. You will also be responsible for expanding and consolidating our presence in Qatar, maintaining and developing relationships with signed partners to increase their performance, and providing system training to existing and new partners. Additionally, you will be required to collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory, position the brand within the travel trade, control payments, and provide market and competitive environment analysis. Finally, you will be required to provide comprehensive reporting.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, ambitious, motivated, action-oriented, results-focused, has an appetite for innovative technology, is comfortable with a fast-changing business environment, and is a team player. You should also have an international mindset, ability to understand and work across a wide range of cultural contexts reflecting ETG's global presence, fluency in English, and Arabic and other languages as a plus. Finally, you should be ready for business trips, with approximately 20-30% of working time spent on market visits.
