About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Territory Manager to join our team at Talent Pal. As a Sales Territory Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Portfolio Management: Manage and develop a portfolio of prospects to ensure revenue targets are met.
  • Account Management: Establish and maintain customer agreements, ensuring pricing guidelines are applied and profitability targets are met.
  • Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitor-held accounts and develop strategies to acquire new business.

Requirements

  • Teamwork: Ability to effectively contribute as a team member as part of a busy team.
