About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Robert Walters. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process and ensuring that we attract and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Candidate Management: Provide ongoing support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring that they have a positive experience and are well-informed about the status of their application.
  • Query Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for candidate queries, providing timely and effective responses to ensure that issues are resolved efficiently.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and conflicts, and inform management to ensure that we maintain a safe and compliant recruitment process.
  • Application Review: Review and analyze applications, and draft correspondence to applicants as required, ensuring that we maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Training and Development: Develop and deliver relevant training to HR practitioners and stakeholders, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to support the recruitment process.
  • Recruitment Activities: Undertake recruitment activities and checks to ensure that applicants are eligible for appointment in accordance with legislative requirements.
  • Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that we deliver high-quality recruitment services that meet the needs of our business.
