Role Objective

The lxbfYeaa is seeking an experienced Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Specialist to develop, implement, and maintain plans to ensure the continued operation of our business in the event of any disruptions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Plan Development: Develop comprehensive business continuity and disaster recovery plans, including risk assessments, mitigation strategies, and incident response procedures.
  2. Alignment and Governance: Ensure the alignment of business continuity and disaster recovery plans with organizational goals and objectives.
  3. Drills and Testing: Conduct regular drills and testing to ensure the readiness and effectiveness of the plans.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure seamless operations in case of any disruptions.
  5. Industry Best Practices: Stay current on industry best practices and continuously evaluate and improve the business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
  6. IT Security Management: Manage IT security plans to protect against cyber threats and ensure data privacy and confidentiality.
  7. Solution Recommendation: Review and recommend appropriate solutions to meet the business continuity goals.
  8. Automated Testing: Conduct automated and non-disruptive testing and support the full stack of OS, databases, network, firewall, WAF, and application layer.
  9. KPI Monitoring: Measure and monitor KPIs related to business continuity.
  10. RPO and RTO Management: Ensure the RPO and RTO targets are met.
