Job Title: Butcher
Reports to: Store Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the butchery section of our store, ensuring that all products are displayed in an attractive and appealing manner. Key responsibilities include:
  1. Ensuring the presence of selected product range, displayed in a correct way.
  2. Respecting commercial procedures such as facing, filling, ordering, and labeling.
  3. Cutting, grinding, deboning, slicing, and preparing meats as per the store's selling standards.
  4. Cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment, ensuring displays and signage are accurate and attractive.

Requirements:
Minimum qualifications include:
  • Aged between 20 - 35 years with 2 years of similar experience; GCC experience in a similar industry is an advantage.
  • Ability to speak and understand English; bilingual candidates are preferred.
  • Sound knowledge of health & safety standards, customer service, and quality control checking.
