Main Responsibilities:

  • Follow and ensure compliance with all corporate, hotel and departmental policies and procedures
  • Participate in hotel committees
  • Strict adherence to all Health & Safety training, guidelines and work practices previous, during and following an epidemic (whether local or global) that are established by Tivoli, local government, international bodies including the World Health Organization (WHO) and Centre for disease control (CDC).
  • Perform any other duties, tasks, and assignments within your department as required.

About You:

  • You have a high school diploma; a Hospitality degree is an asset
  • You have at least 2 years housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel environment required
  • You have at least 1-year supervisory experience is preferred; basic training skills are required
  • You have excellent communication and organizational skills
  • You are able to work well under pressure
  • You have experience with Property Manager and Microsoft office suite of programmes is an asset
  • You demonstrated strong attention to detail and the ability to meet exacting standards
  • You proven ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
