About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor to join our team at Talent Pal. As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our leisure venue, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all guests receive positive, professional, and personalized service to the highest standard, exceeding customer expectations by anticipating their needs.
  • Operations Management: Assist in the management of daily operations, including monitoring and controlling the maintenance and sanitation of allocated outlet areas and equipment, ensuring compliance with relevant hygiene and safety standards.
  • Inventory Management: Work closely with the Assistant Outlet Manager and Captains to ensure correct stock levels are available from the Purchasing Department to support operational Food and Beverage activities.
  • Product Development: Recommend support in implementing product development strategies based on guest feedback and observe customer trends, demands, and manage issues and complaints with utmost professionalism and mindfulness to ensure a quality experience and enhance future sales prospects.
  • Team Management: Attend daily briefings, contribute to open communication within the team and management, and regularly evaluate the department's objectives, plans, procedures, and practices, making appropriate changes if needed with management approval.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least 3 years of job-related experience.
  • Skills: Excellent people and customer experience skills, outstanding written and verbal communication in English, quick learner with ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment, positive attitude towards challenges with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience: Ability to work in outdoor, large beach-venue conditions.
