Job Summary

Brunel Qatar is seeking a skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing equipment strategies to maximize equipment availability and reliability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Strategy Development: Develop, review, and verify new and existing equipment strategies and preventive maintenance plans based on company-approved procedures and standards.
  • RCM-FMEA Facilitation: Facilitate simple RCM-FMEA sessions with cross-functional teams to develop equipment criticality and equipment strategy.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Communicate and liaise with other engineering disciplines, maintenance, and operations teams to receive guidelines on basic preventive maintenance tasks and procedures.
  • PMCR Processing: Prepare and process preventive maintenance change requests with all necessary technical documentation to facilitate timely approval and SAP implementation.
  • PMCR Monitoring: Monitor the status of PMCR processing based on priority to ensure timely completion.
  • RCM and Maintenance Engineering Support: Provide RCM and maintenance engineering support services to stakeholders to confirm equipment strategy is in place for company and projects.
  • Maintenance Planning and Excellence: Support maintenance planning and excellence for SAP implementation to ensure all preventive maintenance plans are in place to mitigate against unreliability.
  • PM Implementation Monitoring: Monitor the quality of implementation of preventive maintenance in SAP to confirm correct equipment strategies are in place with right task lists, work centers, frequency, and schedule.
  • RCM Presentation: Prepare RCM presentations for asset monthly meetings to report KPIs and status of PMCRs and key issues.
  • Training and Development: Provide coaching and on-the-job training in RCM-FMEA analysis tools and techniques to ensure quality development programs for Qatari national graduates.
