Job Description

At UrbaCon Contracting & Trading, we are seeking a highly skilled Artistic Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the artistic direction and production elements of our performances and events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Artistic Vision: Define and maintain the artistic vision for performances and events, ensuring alignment with our brand and audience expectations.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with performers, artists, and production teams to deliver captivating and memorable entertainment experiences.
  • Scheduling and Logistics: Coordinate schedules, rehearsals, and production timelines to ensure smooth execution of artistic projects and events.
  • Budget Management: Manage budgets for artistic projects and events, tracking expenses, and optimizing resources to achieve desired artistic outcomes within financial constraints.
  • Technical Oversight: Liaise with technical teams to oversee set design, lighting, sound, and other production elements, ensuring they align with the artistic vision.

Requirements: The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A strong understanding of artistic direction and production elements is essential, as well as experience in coordinating schedules and budgets.
