Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in maintenance and reliability engineering within the Oil & Gas industry.
  3. Strong knowledge of equipment maintenance practices and techniques.
  4. Proficiency in using maintenance management systems and software.
  5. Familiarity with regulatory requirements for Oil and Gas facilities.
  6. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  7. Project management experience in leading maintenance initiatives.
  8. Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with diverse teams.
  9. Certification in maintenance or reliability (i.e., CMRP) is a plus.
  10. Understanding of risk assessment and failure analysis methodologies.
  11. Knowledge of predictive maintenance technologies and condition monitoring.
  12. Experience in implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
  13. Adherence to safety protocols and procedures.
  14. Capability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  15. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
