Job Description

As a key member of the Accor team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the food and beverage department through effective organization and administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Administration: Organize and manage financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Inventory Management: Control and register the flow of goods in and out of the receiving, storerooms, main kitchen, and F&B outlets.
  • Accounts Payable: Verify suppliers' invoices and monthly statements, preparing accounts payable vouchers as needed.
  • Internal Control and Audit: Implement and maintain an internal control and audit system to ensure efficient supervision of food and beverage controls and costs.
  • Inventory Reporting: Participate in monthly, quarterly, and year-end inventories, preparing physical inventory reports for food, beverages, mini-bar, operating supplies, and S.O.E. Perpetual inventories as necessary.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
