Financial Operations Specialist

Liaising with the finance department and other departments, the Financial Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial data. Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing activities and reconciliations to generate concise and standardized accounting statements.
  • Reconciling specific accounts, such as accrual expenses, prepayments, provisions, GRIRs, advances, right-of-use assets, and lease liabilities, to ensure the adequacy and accuracy of all financial data.
  • Reviewing, analyzing, and confirming financial transactional data on a monthly basis.
  • Preparing management reports based on analyzed accounting information.
  • Identifying areas for improvement in transactional processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
