Your Role:

As an Experienced Hire Recruiter, you'll be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day recruiting of consultants across IMEA (India, Middle East & Africa). This includes sourcing candidates, defining required skill sets, reviewing and processing CVs, and collaborating with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sourcing candidates across all Industries/Capacities within the IMEA market using a variety of channels, including direct sourcing efforts, direct applications, employee referral programs, job board postings, and contingent search firms.
  2. Defining required skill sets and screening criteria for open positions with individual Practice Groups and respective geographies, ensuring consistency in standards and quality across IMEA.
  3. Reviewing and processing CVs according to defined criteria and coordinating screening with relevant teams.
  4. Working together with Executive Assistants responsible for scheduling interviews for all interviewing rounds, communicating with those relevant to the process.
  5. Coordinating feedback and offer processes, ensuring evaluation and hiring guidelines are followed.
  6. Collaborating with Talent Management, Training, and Operations teams to ensure successful integration of new staff.
  7. Maintaining/updating recruiting IT systems (WorkDay) and required databases to ensure accuracy of information for firm use.
  8. Assisting with other areas of recruitment projects as required.

Requirements:

  1. You'll have full end-to-end recruiting life cycle experience – 4+ years of experience either working internally as a recruiter or for a head-hunter.
  2. Experience within a professional services or management consulting firm is preferred.
  3. Direct sourcing experience and a successful track record of creating diverse pipelines are essential.
