Job Summary

The Ned Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Director of Finance and the Finance department. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient and timely preparation of reports and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Administrative Support: Provide calendar scheduling for the Director of Finance, oversee departmental daily attendance sheets, and monitor correspondence.
  2. Document Management: Establish and maintain proper document filing systems, monitor and update expired contracts and agreements, and organize filing for supporting documents prepared during the month-end process.
  3. Departmental Operations: Maintain departmental storage and retrieval systems, organize weekly and monthly departmental meetings, and arrange birthday celebrations and other staff-related gatherings.
  4. Communication: Prepare meeting agendas and minutes, maintain sufficient stock of printing and stationery, and provide lending hand support or relieve coworkers during emergency times.
  5. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare letters, memos, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, or database software, and perform other tasks or projects as assigned by the Director of Finance.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role within the hospitality industry.
  3. Skills: Proficiency in office software and Microsoft Excel, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent organizational and time-management skills, and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
