Key Responsibilities
  1. Equipment Setup and Maintenance: Responsible for the accurate and timely setup, operation, and breakdown of intermediate audio-visual equipment within the property.
  2. Training and Development: Assists in training technicians on all floor activities and on hotel and AV service expectations. Serves as a mentor for new hires, modeling and reinforcing a positive working environment centered around company values.
  3. Operations Management: Organizes the daily floor activities to ensure the timely setup, refresh, and removal of equipment. Performs daily floor management, including directing the workflow of technicians and assisting management with labor needs and scheduling.
  4. Equipment Security and Maintenance: Performs preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment to keep it presentable and in good working condition. Leads the team in proper security, storage, transportation, and maintenance of equipment.
  5. Third-Party Contractor Management: Manages and ensures that the third-party contractor delivers the services as defined in the contract SLA.
  6. Spare Parts and Consumables: Ensures required spare parts and consumables are available in stock to perform required maintenance and repairs.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Technical Diploma in Electronic and Communication
  • Five years of experience in the same field in hospitality
