Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dispatch Supervisor to join our team at Calo Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing resources to ensure efficient and timely delivery of services. Main Responsibilities
  1. Supervise Portioning and Dispatch Teams: Oversee the portioning and dispatch team during portioning, shopping, and bagging to ensure efficient and timely delivery of services.
  2. Ensure Compliance with Company Guidelines: Ensure that teams and team leaders are following the company's guidelines, standards, and procedures to maintain high-quality services.
  3. Stock Management: Ensure that stocks are available for the day and that components are adequate to meet standards.
  4. Meal Preparation and Quality Control: Ensure that all meals are prepared according to procedures, with stickers in place, lids well closed, and containers neat and in good condition.
  5. Printable Management: Process and monitor all printables needed for the day, including stickers, meal labels, invoices, trackers, and amendments lists.
  6. Employee Supervision: Ensure that employees are following hygiene standards and policies, and that work-related processes are up to standards and procedures.
  7. Delivery Operations: Ensure that all meals required for the delivery shift are available and segregated according to each driver's orders, and that meals are handled and supervised accordingly.
  8. Temperature Control: Check and log chiller temperatures to ensure food safety.
  9. Reporting and Tracking: Update checklists and trackers assigned by management to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role. The ideal candidate will have:

  1. Supervisory Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  2. Leadership Skills: Ability to divide responsibilities and monitor progress.
  3. Industry Experience: Experience in large fast-food chains is highly desirable.
  4. Organizational Skills: Ability to arrange and organize employees' shifts.
  5. Location: Must be currently present in Qatar.
Knowledge and Competency

The ideal candidate will possess:

  1. Food Safety Certification: Food safety certification with managerial experience is a major advantage.
  2. Technical Skills: Working knowledge of Office software such as Excel.
  3. Communication Skills: Outstanding communication and leadership skills.
  4. Language Skills: Being able to communicate in multiple languages is a plus.
