IRD Server

We are seeking a skilled IRD Waiter to join our team at Crew. As an IRD Waiter, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

• Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all orders are accurate and delivered with a smile.
• Provide recommendations and answer any questions about the menu items, showcasing your knowledge of our culinary offerings.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including setting and clearing tables, to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our guests.
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient service and seamless communication.
• Upsell menu items and promote special offers to guests, driving sales and revenue growth.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of integrity and attention to detail.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment for guests, adhering to our high standards of quality and excellence.
• Attend training sessions and meetings as required by the company, staying up-to-date on the latest procedures and best practices.

• Minimum of 1 year experience as an IRD Waiter, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage items and their preparation methods, with the ability to provide recommendations and answer questions.
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and credit card transactions, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in customer service and communication skills.
