Architectural Supervisor Job Description

At EGEC, we are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that project designs are well implemented on site and enhancing the contractor's ability to reach project targets and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Review and Implementation: Analyze building drawings to ensure accuracy and feasibility, and review project documents to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate with all parties to design and implement an efficient system of operation, and coordinate work with other disciplines to ensure well-coordinated site execution.
  • Site Management: Direct and supervise building contractors to ensure compliance with set standards and specifications, and follow up on work progress against project time schedules.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform materials testing to verify the quality of procured materials or components, and oversee the selection of materials and components for construction projects.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure building operations are in compliance with government laws and building codes, and review engineering works to ensure adherence to standards.
  • Professional Development: Attend workshops, seminars, and conferences to update job knowledge and expand personal network, and provide support and cooperation in regard to quality department requirements and audits.

Requirements:

  • Qualified professional with experience in managing and coordinating specialized activities, disciplines, or teams of moderate size and complexity.
  • Ability to lead in the formulation of advanced technical concepts and provide specialist services in support of project requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
