About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Architecture Lead to join our team at Precision Hire Solution. As a key member of our ICT department, you will be responsible for leading and driving our ICT strategy, vision, and mission in alignment with Enterprise Architecture Domains and Principles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Information Technology (IT) strategic roadmaps based on corporate objectives and strategies.
  • Implement Enterprise Architecture (EA) framework capabilities and processes to ensure the strategic application of change is embedded in the management of the organization.
  • Develop policies and procedures around Enterprise Architecture and identify potential architectural gaps.
  • Provide technology guidance to ICT strategic initiatives in alignment with QatarEnergy EA framework and guidelines.
  • Contribute to developing solution architectures for specific business infrastructure or functional areas.
  • Identify and evaluate alternative architectures, tradeoffs in cost, performance, and scalability.
  • Support strategic transformation programs or strategic projects by providing consulting services on technical plans and applying design principles.

Requirements

  • A minimum of ten (10) years of progressive experience in IT Enterprise Architecture and Strategy.
  • Demonstrated enterprise architecture qualification and discipline TOGAF / Zachman and architecture modeling using EA tools.
  • Proven experience in developing, coordinating, and executing IT strategic roadmaps.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills with timely decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and architecture.
  • Excellent people management, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and communicate with a multicultural and multinational workforce effectively.

Education

Bachelor's degree (required) and Master's degree (preferable) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or an appropriate Engineering/Business field.
