Role Summary
This role requires organizing forecasting demand for supplies to stores, purchase orders for replenishment, and maintaining availability in the stores. You will be accountable for the overall demand planning/replenishment of Tmart stores and warehouse in Qatar.

The successful candidate will ensure timely and accurate analysis and reporting of inventory and purchase forecasts. They will provide insights and plans/initiatives to keep availability at par with the management's business plan. Key responsibilities include holding stock value, supplier service level, and aging stock optimization.

You will work closely with country demand planners and admins to ensure smooth workflow. Additionally, you will guide regional commercial and operations proactively to ensure supplies and suppliers are not affected.

Responsibilities
- Organize forecasting demand for supplies to stores
- Maintain availability in the stores
- Accountable for the overall demand planning/replenishment of Tmart stores and warehouse in Qatar
- Ensure timely and accurate analysis and reporting of inventory and purchase forecasts
- Provide insights and plans/initiatives to keep availability at par with the management's business plan
- Hold stock value, supplier service level, and aging stock optimization

Requirements
- Ability to interact/guide senior-level executives and manage the expectations of multiple stakeholders
- Past experience in FMCG in demand planning and replenishment is a must
- At least 10 years' experience
- Solid experience in Stakeholder Management, Time Management, data & detail oriented & tech-savvy
