Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Department Manager to join our team at Precision Hire Solution. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our IT department, ensuring the smooth delivery of IT services to our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and direct the workflow of IT teams to ensure efficient delivery of services.
  • Assign and prioritize tasks to system analysts, computer programmers, developers, and other support staff.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the operations of the IT department.
  • Manage and maintain data (SQL) servers, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Maintain proper VPN connectivity across branches within the country.
  • Ensure the accuracy and reliability of ERP systems.
  • Manage contracts between service providers and suppliers.
  • Oversee software licenses and ensure compliance.
  • Ensure the security of data from internal and external threats.
  • Develop and train staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Participate in management discussions to identify opportunities for IT resource utilization.
