Motivated professionals are sought by Menasa & Partners for the position of Highways Commercial Lead. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the commercial aspects of major infrastructure projects, focusing on Highways and Roads.

They will lead a team of quantity surveyors and collaborate closely with project teams, management, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and efficient project delivery.

Main Accountabilities:
  1. Develop and implement effective commercial strategies to optimize project outcomes.
  2. Manage the preparation and submission of commercial reports to key stakeholders.
  3. Provide expert guidance on contract compliance, claims, and variations to ensure commercial advantage.

The ideal candidate will hold a BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent and possess at least 15 years' post-graduate experience. They must also be a member of a reputable international professional body such as RICS or CIArb.

Familiarity with FIDIC and experience working on major roads, bridges, utilities, and infrastructure projects are necessary skills. Leadership and direction of a team are also required, with GCC experience being an added advantage.
