Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Inventory Management: Conduct thorough reviews of existing material inventory stock levels to ensure optimal quantities in the warehouse and minimize financial exposure.
  2. Policies and Procedures: Develop and review policies and procedures relevant to Obsolescence and Life Cycle Management, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  3. Vendor Management: Review vendor drawings and manuals to ensure that 2 years' and life cycle spares of all equipment under project scope are covered in the Reliability, Safety, and Performance Lifecycle (RSPL).
  4. Interdepartmental Collaboration: Interface between the Project Management Team, Maintenance department, and other departments to ensure resolution of materials requirements during the Project Phase.
  5. Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise effectively with relevant stakeholders as required, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  6. Material Management: Support material Write-on / Write-off and repair and return as per the agreed roles and responsibilities, supporting the division objectives.
  7. Tech Bid Evaluation: Review Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE) and ensure Electrical equipment spares procured to meet client requirements.
  8. Engineering Feasibility Study: Carry out engineering feasibility studies (eMOC – management of change) for Obsolescence Management to upgrade obsolete Electrical equipment & its components.
  9. Obsolescence Review: Review obsolescence of Electrical spares and equipment to ensure business continuity and minimize operation risks.
  10. Complex Analysis: Assist management in complex analysis and task review, providing expert insights and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience: 6 years of experience in an Oil and gas environment.
  • Skills: Maintenance experience on Electrical Equipment such as.
