About the Role:

We are actively recruiting for a seasoned professional to lead system administration efforts for our Trusted Thin Client system, ensuring secure and efficient operations in support of mission-critical activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of technical experts in system administration efforts for TTC server and client environments.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the TTC system, providing technical guidance and leadership to team members.
  • Develop and implement processes for proactive monitoring, maintenance, and issue resolution to enhance system performance and reliability.
  • Perform administrative tasks involving TTC server and client hardware, software, applications, and configurations.
  • Ensure the Trusted Thin Client system is operating efficiently and securely, contributing directly to mission-critical operations.
  • Implement network security protocols and enforce cybersecurity best practices to safeguard sensitive information.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing immediate and sustainable solutions for the TTC system.
  • Manage a 24/7 operational environment that provides on-call support as needed and coordinating responses to incidents and maintenance needs.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive collaboration and integration of TTC systems across broader operational initiatives.
  • Mentor junior team members by sharing expertise, fostering a learning environment, and providing performance feedback.
  • Develop training programs and documentation for both internal team members and end users, ensuring consistency in system understanding and usage.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels to provide updates, resolve issues, and drive system improvements.

Requirements:

  • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility required.
  • US Citizenship is mandatory due to contract requirements.
