Job Purpose

The incumbent will support Customer Relationship Managers in managing and servicing QNB First account holders, providing excellent banking services and ensuring timely completion of customer transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Provide high standards of customer service, answering queries and providing information about QNB products and services.
    • Follow up on every issue to ensure complete satisfaction and maximum utilization of products or services.
    • Proactively offer ideas and insights to improve customer issues and challenges.
  • Internal Processes
    • Work with QNB First Relationship Managers to identify gaps in service and solve problems.
    • Manage the implementation of customer products and services, ensuring efficiency and turnaround times.
    • Assist customers with filling required documents and performing customer-related tasks.
  • Learning and Knowledge
    • Possess working knowledge of customer relationship management to carry out duties.
    • Proactively identify areas for professional development and undertake development activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or Information Technology.
  • No years of experience required.
