Job Purpose

The incumbent will support Customer Relationship Managers in managing and servicing QNB First account holders, providing excellent banking services and ensuring timely transaction completion. The role involves handling day-to-day customer queries, complaints, and issues.

Key ResponsibilitiesA. Shareholder & Financial
  • Support Customer Relationship Managers in handling customer queries and complaints.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction through seamless service delivery.
  • Formulate customer retention strategies to minimize attrition.
  • Implement KPIs and best practices for Associate Customer Relationship Management QNB First.
  • Promote cost consciousness and efficiency.
B. Customer (Internal & External)
  • Provide high standards of customer service and proactive contact with customers.
  • Follow up on every issue to ensure complete satisfaction.
  • Get involved with database management, loyalty programs, and direct marketing.
  • Provide service excellence for QNB First customers.
C. Internal (Processes Products Regulatory)
  • Work with QNB First Relationship Managers to identify gaps in the QNB First service.
  • Assist customers in filling required QNB documents.
  • Maintain QNB First customers' personal information data and enquiry list.
  • Provide authorization requests and downloads as necessary.
D. Learning & Knowledge
  • Possess working knowledge of customer relationship management.
  • Proactively identify areas for professional development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or Information Technology.
  • No years of experience required.
