This is a dual function role that offers the successful candidate the opportunity to leverage their contract and operational management experience within asphalt manufacturing and laying services.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations, programming, and contract management, with a proven track record of effectively managing project costs, site activities, contract negotiations, variations, and stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the full spectrum of the contracting process from start to finish, including contract drafting, bidding, negotiations, and variations.
- Develop and implement lean manufacturing best practices and FIDIC (contractual law) knowledge to ensure operational efficiency and profitability.
- Collaborate with the Country Manager to drive business growth and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all Safety Health & Environment systems and best practice procedures.
- 10-15 years of industry-related experience within a multinational environment, with at least 5 years at a senior management level.
- Minimum of 5 years experience within asphalt laying operations.
- Tertiary educated from a reputable University.
