Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cash Management Specialist to join our team at Kitopi. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing cash and cash-related policies, ensuring accuracy of financial records, and performing other duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cash Management: Responsible for cash management and internal control over cash and cash-related policies within the company.
  • Administrative Accounting: Assisting in day-to-day administrative accounting tasks, including record-keeping for incoming and outgoing cash.
  • Financial Reporting: Producing periodic financial account reports and ensuring accuracy of financial records.
  • Cash Handling: Responsible for cheque deposit sales of the operation and collection/dropping of legal bank documents.
  • Internal Controls: Ensuring internal controls and procedures meet regulatory requirements and comply with policy guidelines.
  • Payable Invoices: Processing payable invoices.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 3 to 4 years of experience in the same field.
  • Accounting Knowledge: Excellent knowledge in accounting.
  • Problem-Solving: Structured and logical mindset and good office skills.
  • Availability: Immediate Availability: Candidates must be able to join immediately or within 15 days.
  • Location: Must be willing and able to work in Qatar.
  • Visa: With transferrable visa.
