About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our Corporate Services team at lxbfYeaa. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilities Inspection and Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections of our facilities to identify potential issues and ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Maintenance Request Management: Manage and prioritize maintenance requests from various stakeholders, ensuring that all issues are addressed promptly and efficiently.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Emergency Response: Respond to emergency situations such as equipment failures, fires, and other critical incidents, ensuring that our facilities and equipment are protected and that our staff and customers are safe.
  • Inventory Management: Manage and maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring that all necessary materials are available when needed.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on maintenance activities, including metrics on performance, costs, and other key indicators.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, facilities management, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance or facilities management role.
  • Language Skills: Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Certifications and Licenses: Valid Qatari driving license and any other relevant certifications or licenses.
  • Skills and Abilities: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
