Key Responsibilities:- Security System Management: Oversee the daily functionality checks of CCTV, microphones, duress, and AC systems, ensuring they are in optimal working conditions.
- Incident Reporting: Communicate security incidents to the DM and prepare incident reports, following established procedures.
- Investigations: Conduct thorough investigations into security concerns and complaints, maintaining accurate records and producing factual reports.
- Training and Development: Provide on-job training for new staff and recurrent training for existing staff on Access Control and Video Management Systems.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with the Security System and Hardware team to identify operational challenges and propose solutions, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Document Control: Maintain the document control system (DCS) up-to-date at all workstations, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
- CCTV Footage Management: Obtain approval for extracting CCTV footage and snapshots, ensuring compliance with documented processes.
- Asset Request Management: Process asset request permits within stipulated timeframes, adhering to established procedures.
- Field of View Optimization: Conduct periodic field of view (FOV) checks for priority-1/2 CCTV cameras to optimize coverage and provide accurate operational views.
Requirements: A bachelor's degree or equivalent, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in aviation or airline security. High school qualification or vocational qualification with a minimum of 4 years of job-related experience may also be considered.
