We are currently seeking an experienced Handover Coordinator to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating the implementation of Operations Readiness Processes, ensuring safe and efficient Start-up and Handover of projects.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement Operations Readiness Processes.
  2. Analyze project deliverables and develop Roadmap tracking sheets.
  3. Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate regular meetings.
  4. Maintain accurate records and update dashboards.
  5. Ensure timely completion of project milestones.
  6. Coordinate with focal points to ensure prompt availability of close-out evidence.
  7. Support the implementation of continuous improvement recommendations.

Requirements and Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  2. Minimum 5 years of multi-disciplinary experience in the oil & gas industry.
  3. Good communication skills in spoken and written English.
  4. Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
  5. Computer literate with ability to work under pressure and in cross-functional teams.
