About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Hygiene Manager in ensuring the efficient management of daily operations and compliance with health standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Hygiene Manager, including maintaining hygienerelated documentation and ensuring accuracy and readiness for audits.
  • Coordinate training sessions for hotel associates on hygiene practices, ensuring all associates are updated on the latest health and safety standards.
  • Compile and prepare reports on hygiene initiatives and outcomes for management review, supporting decisionmaking and strategy development.
