Assistant Hygiene Manager

Park Hyatt Doha, a luxurious urban oasis in the heart of Msheireb Downtown Doha, is seeking a highly skilled Assistant Hygiene Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our high standards of hygiene and safety are consistently met, contributing to the overall satisfaction and well-being of our employees and guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective hygiene and safety protocols to meet international standards, including HACCP certification.
  • Lead and manage a team of hygiene officers to ensure seamless execution of daily tasks and responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential hygiene and safety risks.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and suppliers to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements:
  • Professional diploma or certification in Hygiene.
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience as a Hygiene Officer in a larger operation.
  • Strong knowledge of international hygiene and safety standards, including HACCP certification.
  • Certification with ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages, especially Arabic, is an advantage.
  • Experience in luxury hotel operations or GCC food safety regulations is a plus.
