We are seeking a highly skilled Sea Logistics Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Kuehne Nagel. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth in the Sea Logistics industry by acquiring new business opportunities, particularly with small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

Your primary focus will be on generating new business opportunities, collaborating with the Customer Care Team to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction, and leveraging your deep knowledge of trade lanes, sea logistics services, and industry standards to deliver tailored solutions and presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new SME customers to grow our Sea Logistics services.
  • Collaborate with Customer Care Managers to make informed pricing decisions.
  • Prepare and submit accurate quotations using our online tools.
  • Deliver tailored solutions and presentations to meet customer needs.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay competitive.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding by providing detailed information to the Customer Care Team.
  • Keep customer data updated in CoreLOG.
  • Work with CCL managers and Customer Care Team to review and optimize customer portfolios.
  • Closing deals that align with customer needs and company objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Freight Forwarding Management, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of successful Sea Logistics Sales and Key account management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Kuehne+Nagel products, operations, and services.
