About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Territory Manager to join our team at ABC Consultants. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities with high-level decision makers, while maintaining a high level of professional rapport with all customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain favorable relationships with C-suite level decision makers to understand strategic business challenges and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Establish customer agreements and ensure pricing guidelines are applied to meet profitability targets.
  • Develop and implement a personal sales plan to maximize growth of existing customers and achieve individual sales targets.
  • Monitor customer performance, loyalty, and satisfaction to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Make decisions during negotiation with customers related to volume, discount levels, and additional services offered.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in core sales.
  • Good understanding of the DHL Network.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, including ability to prioritize workload.
  • Ability to effectively contribute as a team member in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and use initiative to solve job-related issues.
  • Strong problem-solving capability and excellent selling skills in a complex sale environment.
  • Experience in a segmented service industry, preferably in the Air Express or freight forward industry.
  • Understanding of Supply Chain Management and strong ability to impact and influence.
