Key Responsibilities
  • Provide medical care and assistance to employees by treating illnesses, injuries, and health problems while promoting a healthy lifestyle.
  • Conduct occupational health surveys on a regular basis.
  • Enforce safety and health preventive programs to eradicate communicable diseases and all kinds of illnesses.
  • Update relevant HSE personnel on all injuries/illnesses without time delays.
  • Ensure strict adherence to standard operating procedures in the medical clinic as imposed by the medical doctor.
  • Consult with the doctor for decisions concerning delicate conditions and administer proper interventions when necessary.
  • Follow the routinely scheduled program implemented by the medical doctor.
  • Guarantee medical service on all medical cases on a daily basis.
  • Assist employees in obtaining health cards when needed.
  • Record all information in the medical report on a daily basis.
