The North Oil Company Qatar is seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our Operations Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the safe and efficient delivery of oil and gas production operations on Site C – Al Shaheen Field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support the Operations Team to ensure the safe and efficient operation of oil and gas production and utility systems.
  • Monitor and control all production activities to ensure compliance with company requirements and industry best practices.
  • Act as the Permit Coordinator to ensure that all works are carried out in accordance with the Permit to Work process and company requirements.
  • Participate in the Daily Permit Meeting to ensure strict compliance with company requirements and safe execution of all platform work activities.
  • Provide support and guidance to team members to ensure production targets are met and production / reinjection volumes are maximized.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any Engineering field or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in O&G production operations.
  • Strong leadership, communication and analytical skills.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Computer literate.
