Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness in the departments, including the spa, fitness center, and pool area.
  • Report any maintenance issues to the Spa Supervisor to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date on current and future services offered by the hotel and make suggestions for improvement, expansion, or creation of new services.
  • Provide a high level of customer service to guests, including responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and high levels of guest satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in areas such as customer service, communication, and conflict resolution.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
