Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate CNC 4 & 5 Axis milling machines to machine complex parts according to detailed engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions to ensure high-quality parts are produced.
  • Program CNC machines using CNC software (e.g., G-code, Mastercam, Fusion 360) or adjust programs as needed.
  • Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to ensure parts meet tight tolerances.
  • Conduct regular maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure optimum performance.
  • Perform quality control checks using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure the accuracy and quality of parts.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve machine malfunctions or quality issues.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
