Job Summary:
  • We are seeking a skilled Business Continuity Management Expert to join our team at Indiglobe IT Solutions.
  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in business continuity management, with a strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business continuity strategies and plans.
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify potential threats to operations.
  • Create and maintain the business continuity management policy.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure compliance with business continuity protocols.
  • Design and lead business continuity training and awareness programs.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of business continuity measures through testing and drills.
  • Assess and recommend improvements to existing disaster recovery plans.
  • Maintain documentation of business continuity procedures and updates.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding business continuity initiatives.
  • Support the organization during crises to minimize potential impacts.
  • Monitor industry trends and regulations related to business continuity.
  • Work with senior management to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Provide guidance on compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead post-incident reviews to enhance future continuity efforts.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors related to continuity services.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business continuity management.
  • Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies.
  • Experience in crisis management and disaster recovery planning.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards related to business continuity.
  • Certifications in business continuity (e.g., CBCP, MBCI) are preferred.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in conducting training programs and workshops.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business continuity software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Qatar.
