Job Title: Childcare Nurse

At Malaak Mama & Baby Care, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Childcare Nurse to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to make a positive impact in the lives of children and families.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide High-Quality Care: Deliver exceptional care to newborns and children, ensuring their comfort, well-being, and health.
  • Establish Routines: Implement and maintain sleep and feeding schedules to promote consistency and structure for the child's daily activities.
  • Nutritional Support: Prepare and serve healthy meals for the child, including weaning, to support their growth and development.
  • Promote Healthy Sleep Habits: Encourage positive sleep associations and self-soothing techniques to foster healthy sleep patterns in the child.
  • Facilitate Learning and Exploration: Organize and implement age-appropriate activities that stimulate the child's curiosity and allow for independent exploration and learning.
  • Ensure Safety and Hygiene: Maintain a clean and safe environment for the child, including regular cleaning and disinfection of toys and play areas, to promote their health and safety.
  • Organize Baby's Space: Set up and organize the baby's room and perform other related tasks to create a comfortable and functional environment for the child.
  • Effective Communication: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of the child's activities, development, and any notable incidents, and communicate effectively with parents daily to provide updates on their child's progress and well-being.

Key Requirements:
  • Female Candidates: Due to the nature of the role, which involves intimate childcare, female candidates are required for this position.
  • Qualifications: Holds a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a Midwifery Graduate providing a solid foundation in healthcare and child development.
  • Experience: Demonstrate relevant experience in pediatric nursing, childcare, or midwifery, with a proven track record of providing quality care to newborns, infants, and children.
  • Passion and Compassion: Exhibit a genuine passion for working with babies and children, showing enthusiasm and dedication to their well-being and development.
  • Excellent Communication: Have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with children, parents, and healthcare professionals in a sensitive and supportive manner.
  • Composure and Professionalism: Ability to maintain composure and positivity under pressure, exhibiting a polished and professional demeanor when interacting with both children and adults.
