Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care for newborns and children, including burping, swaddling, and feeding.
  • Develop and implement sleep and feeding routines to promote consistency and structure.
  • Prepare and serve healthy meals, supporting the child's growth and development.
  • Encourage positive sleep associations and self-soothing techniques.
  • Organize and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate curiosity and independent exploration.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment, ensuring the child's health and safety.
  • Set up and organize the baby's room, creating a comfortable and functional space.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, providing updates on the child's progress and well-being.


Key Requirements:

  • Female candidates are required due to the nature of the role, which involves intimate childcare.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a Midwifery Graduate is preferred, providing a solid foundation in healthcare and child development.
  • Relevant experience in pediatric nursing, childcare, or midwifery, with a proven track record of providing quality care to newborns, infants, and children.
  • A genuine passion for working with babies and children, demonstrating enthusiasm and dedication to their well-being and development.
  • A caring and compassionate attitude towards children and their families, providing empathetic support and nurturing care.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with children, parents, and healthcare professionals.
  • The ability to maintain composure and positivity under pressure, exhibiting a polished and professional demeanor.
