About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Capital Projects Analyst, where you will play a critical role in providing financial advisory and decision support for capital projects. As a key member of our Capital Programs Division, you will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing projects proposed for funding, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze new projects proposed for inclusion in the business plan, ensuring validity of business case and compliance with company policies.
  • Represent Controllers on various project gate reviews, providing expert financial analysis and recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including project sponsors and team members.
  • Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring efficient and effective project delivery.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, or engineering, with a professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, project evaluations, project controls, process management, or strategy consulting.
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing teams and projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex financial data and develop recommendations.
