Job Title: People Analyst

Overview:

At Talent Pal, we are seeking a highly skilled People Analyst to join our Human Capital Directorate. The successful candidate will provide expert-level people analytics, administrative, and office support to the line management and the overall Human Capital team.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyze, and apply talent data to improve critical talent and business outcomes.
  • Develop data-driven insights to inform talent decisions, improve workforce processes, and promote positive employee experience.
  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Director Human Capital, reflecting a professional image of the organization in personal and phone interactions.
  • Maintain appropriate confidentiality in performing duties and represent the company with a professional demeanor.
  • Screen, evaluate, and respond to incoming and outgoing correspondence, and handle internal and external customer needs and inquiries.
  • Organize the office layout, maintain supplies, and ensure the condition of the office and arrange for necessary repairs.
  • Use a range of software, including email, spreadsheets, and databases, to ensure the efficient running of the office.
  • Create, compose, and edit technical and/or administrative correspondence and documentation.
  • Monitor and ensure the HC budget is being maintained properly, manage and input purchase requisitions, and record office expenditure.
  • Assist in the coordination, control, and completion of special projects as requested.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Administrative Support, preferably in an educational institution.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English language is required. Fluency in written and spoken Arabic language is preferred.
  • Analytical Thinking and Problem Solving, Concern for Order and Quality, Teamwork and Collaborative Working, and Time Management skills are required.
