The Public Sector Expert will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to our clients on public finance transformation. This involves working closely with government agencies and other stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop tailored solutions to address them.

We are looking for someone with strong consulting experience in public finance transformation within the public sector. You should have expertise in making significant changes to the finance function operating model and skill set utilizing a best-in-class model of internal and partner resources/assets.

  • Policy Development: Develop and implement policies that promote transparency, accountability, and good governance in the public sector.
  • Institutional Strengthening: Provide technical assistance to government agencies to strengthen their capacity to deliver effective public services.
  • Fiscal Management: Develop and implement fiscal management systems that promote efficient use of public resources.
Requirements
  • 8-12 years of relevant working experience.
  • Financial Services/Banking industry experience as a Consultant.
  • MENA based experience (preferred).
  • Strong People Management and Leadership Skills.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to generate business deals and make business proposals.
