Personal Assistant Role
Mahadjobs is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to senior managers and executives. As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for answering telephone calls, managing emails, scheduling appointments, and arranging travel. You will also have the opportunity to work with a variety of stakeholders, including internal and external clients.

Key Responsibilities
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
  1. Acting as the first point of contact between managers and internal and external clients via phone calls and other methods of communication.
  2. Managing and organizing diaries and schedules for appointments, meetings, and events.
  3. Taking meeting minutes.
  4. Transcribing from dictation.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
