Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Lobby Lounge Operations
    • Implement beverage policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
    • Monitor adherence to liquor control policies and procedures.
    • Understand beverage control, including inventory management, bar pars, portion control, and cost control.
    • Comprehend budgets, operating statements, and payroll progress reports to assist in financial management.
  • Lead Lobby Lounge Team
    • Train staff on liquor control policies and procedures.
    • Supervise staffing levels to ensure guest service, operational needs, and financial objectives are met.
    • Communicate critical information to staff regarding each event.
  • Ensure Exceptional Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service and interact with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels.
    • Respond effectively to guest problems and complaints.
    • Empower employees to provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED; 4 years of experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years of experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
