Job Title: Joinery Sales Executive

Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Executive to join our Joinery Division, focusing on business development, client relationship management, sales strategy, project coordination, and market analysis in the joinery sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the joinery sector, including residential, commercial, and institutional joinery projects.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, interior designers, contractors, and other stakeholders to generate leads and secure joinery projects.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our joinery and interior design offerings, including products, services, and capabilities, and effectively communicate their value propositions to clients.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets and objectives, including prospecting, cold calling, networking, and attending industry events and exhibitions.
  • Proposal and Presentation: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to the specific needs and requirements of clients, highlighting our unique selling points and competitive advantages.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients to secure profitable deals and contracts for joinery projects.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including production and installation teams, to ensure seamless joinery project execution and delivery, meeting client expectations and deadlines.
  • Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for business growth and differentiation.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions using CRM systems and provide regular reports and analysis to management on sales performance and market insights.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry best practices, sales techniques, and product innovations through training, workshops, and self-directed learning to enhance sales effectiveness and professional development.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales and business activities, including pricing, contract terms, and customer data privacy.

Requirements:

  • Pay: QAR per month
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years' work experience in joinery
  • Language: Arabic (preferred), English
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in a related field
  • Qatar driving license
