About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Director to join our team at Robert Walters. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in your assigned region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Design and execute sales plans to achieve area-specific sales targets, leveraging market trends and customer insights to drive growth.
  • Identify New Business Opportunities: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within your region, building relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Market Analysis and Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior specific to your region, providing actionable insights to inform sales strategies.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to drive loyalty and retention.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and feedback to ensure they have the skills and support needed to succeed.
  • Performance Evaluation and Reporting: Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide detailed sales reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
